Our local Dublin-based QuickBooks Online customers Solve Logistics required training for a new employee recently. They asked the Accountancy Software team to provide comprehensive training on QuickBooks Online for the new person. The goal of our training session was to get the new hire comfortable using QuickBooks Online, but also make sure they know the ins and outs, tips and tricks a long term user would know.

To better understand the processes at Solve Logistics and what would be required from the new hire, we went out on-site.

  • Overview QuickBooks Online and it’s features. 
  • How to set up suppliers/customers 
  • Bank integration and reconciliation 
  • Receiving and Recording Payments 
  • Recording Expenses
