Option 1 – Migration to QuickBooks Online
We migrate your data from systems such as Sage 50, TasBooks, Xero, and QuickBooks Desktop into QuickBooks Online. This includes transferring key financial data such as customers, suppliers, chart of accounts, opening balances, and transaction history, ensuring a smooth transition to a fully cloud-based system.
Option 2 – Rebuild of Data
We manually rebuild your accounts data into a new system from any platform, giving you the opportunity to clean and restructure your records. This is ideal for year-end setups, slow systems, or data issues, and includes setup of your chart of accounts, customer and supplier data, opening balances, and class tracking.
Pre-Migration Checklist
To ensure the smoothest possible transition when converting your files to QuickBooks Online we recommend completing the following preliminary checks.
For best results, make sure your data is as clean and up to date as possible.
- Ensure all bank accounts are fully reconciled and up to date.
- Confirm all VAT periods are reconciled and correctly finalised.
- Run and archive key reports on an accruals basis for all dates, including:
- Trial Balance
- Customer Balance Summary
- Supplier Balance Summary
Completing these steps will help ensure an accurate and efficient migration process into QuickBooks Online.
