CAN MY OLD DATA BE IMPORTED INTO QUICKBOOKS?

Transactional data is not advised to be imported without specialist skills as the system it  is coming from may not be compatible. Software designers set up and design their own  systems separately; development like this is not standardized. That said we do have tools  and modules to take transactional data and do this work for you. We have the skill set and  tools to import data from Sage, TAS, and many systems built on SQL. CAN QUICKBOOKS GROW AS MY BUSINESS GROWS?

Simple answer is yes QuickBooks Pro and Premier can handle 14,500 customers, suppliers  and items. Premier has more features than Pro such as SOP (Sales Order Process) more  features around purchasing and order fulfilment. It has greater functionality around managing  your stock processes and purchasing etc. QuickBooks enterprise can handle 1 million items,  customers and suppliers you can also have up to 30 concurrent users. QuickBooks Pro and  Premier allow up to 5 users.

HOW HARD IS IT TO USE, DO I NEED ADVANCED ACCOUNTING SKILLS?

The simple answer is no, some knowledge of business process is advantageous of course.  We believe that QuickBooks is the easiest to use accounting software out there. We offer  full training and installation of all QuickBooks products and we also offer full support. You  get one month’s free Intuit QuickBooks support for each license you purchase this support is  handled through the U.K and onwards to Intuit’s Indian support center. We offer Irish support  from Ireland with an Irish support contract. We also have qualified skilled bookkeepers and  accountants on hand to advise, train and help your business utilize QuickBooks.

QuickBooks is easy to set up and a simple wizard will have you up and running in no time so  the short answer is that you can probably set yourself up in quick time. For more advanced  and multiple users, servers etc. we can set up your system for you. We are happy to call to  your business install the software and set up your company file. You can have multiple companies and no there are no additional costs like other software  providers. You can just simply go ahead and create additional companies through the  wizards.

CAN I HANDLE SALES ORDERS AND ESTIMATES IN QUICKBOOKS?

QuickBooks Premier and Enterprise can handle sales orders and estimates you can turn a  estimate into a sales order and from there to an invoice simply and easily. Sales orders are  very useful if you have a complex order with product being purchased from multiple suppliers  and you have multiple PO’s and invoices as part of one sales transaction. Again Accountancy Software are  happy to train you and your business on these advanced but easy to use and understand  features.

CAN QUICKBOOKS HANDLE PURCHASES ORDERS?

Absolutely you can easily create purchase orders in QuickBooks Pro, QuickBooks Premier  and QuickBooks enterprise. You can then receive those PO’s against a bill or supplier this  process is very easy.

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE STOCK LOCATIONS IN QUICKBOOKS?

QuickBooks enterprise the most advanced and feature packed product from Intuit and  in Enterprise you can have multiple stock locations. QuickBooks allows you to link your software to your e-mail client including Gmail, Live,  Hotmail and Microsoft Outlook so you can directly from QuickBooks sent this information at  a click of a button. QuickBooks 2015 also allows you to manage other related documents  so they can be added and managed when sending information to clients. An example of  this could be that when sending an estimate you may wish to send a product brochure that  you have stored in QuickBooks with the estimate. This makes QuickBooks a document  management solution for your business also.
