From the initial conversation with Ash to completed training took less than 10 days. Ash and his team are highly responsive and knowledgeable. Our data was converted to the new system within a day and it was perfectly ported over. The training session was tailor-made for us, very informative, concise and well planned. Derek set up our preferred reports, showed us some great uses of the new software and we are now working away on the package with no problems at all. QuickBooks is a great package and very easy and intuitive to use.
